Upper Terrace Dining
Payment of rental and deposit:
- 50% within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down payment has been received.
- 50% plus deposit, 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations:
- If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
